I know what it’s like to feel like you’re doing everything right on the outside — but secretly feel like you’re crumbling on the inside. I’ve been there.

Anxiety, panic, dissociation, depression, self-doubt, dumpster-fire relationships — it all felt like a constant cycle I couldn’t break, no matter how many books I read or wellness tools I tried.

It wasn’t until I sat with a therapist for the first time that things began to shift. Finally, someone saw me, guided me, and helped me understand why I kept getting stuck. That moment changed everything.

Since then, I’ve spent 2 decades studying how and why we get stuck — and most importantly, how to get unstuck. I hold a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, a diploma in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology, and training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Trauma-Attachment Regulation Integration Process (TRIP) — 2 powerful body-based approaches to working with trauma and dissociation. I’m also a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with years of experience helping high-functioning, growth-oriented women shift out of old patterns and create lasting change.
