I’m Kat Weed — a psychotherapist who’s lived through real trauma, real survival patterns, and real rewiring. Around here, we’re not talking about “good vibes only.” We’re talking about the truth of what it means to be beautifully and painfully human: anxious spirals, burnout, boundaries, relationship struggles, being stuck in survival mode, and the messy, powerful process of coming back to yourself.

Every week, we’ll dig into nervous system patterns, attachment styles, working with younger parts, beliefs, and the ways trauma quietly (or not-so-quietly) shapes our everyday lives. We’ll laugh, we’ll get uncomfortable, and we’ll get real about what it actually takes to become a Rewired Woman™.
